With over 30 years of experience in administration and operations across diverse industries, I bring a grounded, integrative perspective shaped by both professional rigor and inner inquiry. I hold a degree in Organizational Leadership, am a Certified International Health Coach, and am currently completing a Creative Dream Coaching certification. I currently work in the Legal Services field and serve on the Board of the Heather Hurley Foundation for the Prevention of Domestic Violence in New York City as Secretary.

I previously volunteered with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s SCORE program as a Certified Business Mentor, where I offered holistic, unconventional guidance centered on self-leadership, clarity, and sustainable ways of working and living. Though certified as a coach and mentor, I do not teach or coach in the traditional sense. I see my role as a catalyst, supporting awareness, reflection, and a return to personal authorship. I write on Medium and Substack to explore dreams, synchronicity, and the subtle language of inner knowing, called The Vernalisation Project, serving as an ongoing space for my Soul Bloom reflections.

I have known the Institute’s founder Michele Guy Syne, for many years, and her UniQuely Northern guidance helped me recognize how the stories we tell ourselves shape our lives, and how gently noticing them creates space to rewrite them.

I am deeply honored to support the Institute’s mission to cultivate Truth, Joy, and Love as foundations for holistic healing and excited to be part of its unfolding.
