Michele has been speaking professionally since 1999 when she began working with Professional Organizations and with Continuing Education programs for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. The message she brings is one of inspiration. It is easy to get caught up in what Michele calls a ‘default’ life. You wake up every day and follow the same routine. Today looks like yesterday, and tomorrow will look like more of today. Then there is the weekend. Just as the group Loverboy sings, ‘Everybody’s working for the weekend.”

They want more, and yet they are exhausted with frustration and by the demands of the day-to-day routine. It breaks my heart to watch the pain in their eyes. I hear the ‘reasons’ why, the life situations, the childhood traumas. I hear all the causes of why the light has dimmed from their eyes. And that is why I speak, and what I speak to.”
