Scottsdale Rugby Club: Building Futures Through Sport
Rugby is the fastest-growing sport in North America! And there is a good reason why. It is inclusive. Between the ages of 6 and 18 years old…everyone plays. It is the most inclusive sport of which I have come across. You walk onto the field and you know that you have found a home for yourself and your children.
Ted Brandt, the founder of Scottsdale Rugby Club, has been changing children’s lives since 1984. His coaches are international players, and his team members are awarded scholarships to major universities.
I understand Ted, because my father created a rugby club for the youth of Jamaica to provide them with opportunities to not only excel at the sport, but to open up opportunities for them to travel internationally and expand their possibilities in life.
It is such a blessing when our non-profit finds people like Ted Brandt and his club to support.
