With over 45 years of experience in resort operations, I bring a deep, cross-sector understanding of what it takes to elevate guest experiences, maximize operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. My career spans more than 30 years in the ski industry, where I worked with and managed six ski resorts, leading teams, refining operational systems, and enhancing both winter and year-round resort performance.
Building on this foundation, I spent a decade managing a high-end RV resort, overseeing luxury-level amenities, guest services, and long-term strategic planning. This broadened my expertise beyond traditional mountain operations, giving me valuable insight into destination resort management and the evolving expectations of today’s traveling public.
For the past two years, I have served as the General Manager of a golf course, where I have focused on improving course conditions, expanding revenue channels, strengthening community engagement, and optimizing overall business operations.
Today, I bring this diverse background together with a consultative, solutions-driven approach—helping organizations identify opportunities, refine systems, and unlock the full potential of their resort, recreation, and hospitality assets.
